Struggles we experience can be such an isolating experience because the predictability of what we know is gone. So we can grieve a loss of something that just didn’t happen the way you thought it would. This is the time when the learning is at its ripest moment. We gain wisdom.”  By Dr. Brett McCabe

When we are in that struggle moment we re-evaluate everything. We doubt everything. Take a step back and ask yourself – what am I supposed to be learning in this environment?

Don’t try to do it. Once you use the word “try” in your vocabulary you are already walking away from it.”    By Dr. Brett McCabe

“Every one of us has buckets of psychological insecurities. These are the gaps we have within our psyche.
“You have to know where your insecurities are so when you find your defences pop up you need to know how to work through them. Insecurities drive irrational beliefs and irrational actions. When you find you are in a pattern of irrational actions you have to take a step back to understand where they are coming from.” By Dr. Brett McCabe

Thought of the Day:  “Write down on a piece of paper what you want and how you want to do it. If you want to own a business, then write it down. Write down the reasons why you cannot achieve it. Figure out the pathway to achieve it and again, write it down. It will become really clear to you just what you want.”  By Dr. Brett McCabe

“The obstacle that I struggled with when I started out was getting companies to understand the value and importance of maintaining their relationships with their employees and clients.”  By Doug Hacking

I have redone the first page on my Website at least 5,000 times. I needed to succinctly explain what I can do for them.”  By Doug Hacking

Thought of the Day:  “Building relationships and nurturing them is just as important as a proper diet. It is equivalent to not smoking 15 cigarettes a day.”

“I went from a highly regimented schedule – I knew where and what I was going to be doing for the next 6 months – to not knowing what I was going to be doing. This was the biggest challenge I faced after I retired from competitive swimming.”  By Brent Hayden

We ramped up our marketing campaign; we hired a social media strategist and digital strategist before launching our product based on when we were receiving our product. We received the product and it didn’t pass quality control. At this time all the factories were closed because it was Chinese New Year so we had to wait a month before contacting the people who made our product. This was an incredibly challenging time for us.  By Brent Hayden

We spent all this money preparing for our new product launch that didn’t happen.”
“When you are faced with these types of challenges you have to adapt and prepare to take on roles that you might not have been prepared to take on. My wife and I are now doing everything. We do the photography work, the social media posts, the PR and we manage the pop-up shops.”  By Brent Hayden

Thought of the Day:  “If you are inspired to do something great you have to give that inspiration back to another younger person.”  By Brent Hayden

5 star reviews for businesses are absolute gold. Every time you are done with clients just ask them for a review. We set up an automated review program using active campaign. We send one 3 days after the sale, 5 days after the sale and nine days after the sale.

It is a review system that I control.  – You are first collecting the reviews internally. IF it is a good review I put it on my Website. At this time, I ask my client to put the same review on a 3rd party Website. A 3rd party Website would be Yelp, Google Business or the Better Business Bureau. We would send them another email with the exact comment or review they made with a link to the exact page where they can submit the review to.”  By Brian Greenberg

I value an internal review at $100 apiece. Every year it is $25 because they stay. A review on a 3rd party website, I value at $250 each and $50 each additional year. The more reviews I get the higher my conversion rate.”  By Brian Greenberg

“Having a coach makes you accountable. You are always growing. The real value comes in when you ask people who have done it before. Look at this Website – for expert advice.”  By Brian Greenberg

“Online PR is the best way to get noticed. Simply write an article then find someone on For $2500 they will shop around your article with their networks and it will get you out there as the expert. It is a great way to start.

Stay focused on serving your customers. The quickest way to earn a billion dollars is to serve a billion customers.”  By Brian Greenberg

Thought of the Day:   What do you say after the words – I am. Pay attention to what you would say following these 2 words. If it is negative then change it.”  By Brian Greenberg

“I help people transition through some of life’s major changes.

“I work with people who are going through periods of grief. They could be grieving about a loss of a job, a loss of a loved one, a health crisis, or a divorce.  I help people change their perspective and I help them redefine their why.

I was stuck into this pattern of grief and I had a difficult time getting out of it.”  By Heather Krakora

Getting out of my head has been one of my biggest obstacles since I started this business one year ago. I had thoughts such as: Who am I to do this work? And who am I not to do this work?

Another major challenge for me has been growing my email list.”  By Heather Krakora

Thought of the Day:  “Life is too short to leave any of your dreams on the table. Go after what you want.”  By Heather Krakora
